There is no pause option and no subscription model. Patients pay in full for a plan and receive the corresponding medication through refills. If a patient changes their mind before provider review or before a synchronous visit, they can submit a cancellation request and payment is returned. Once a provider approves the prescription and it is placed, the order is final, with no cancellations or refunds after that point. This is distinct from clinical disqualification, where the authorization is released automatically and the patient is not charged.
