Set product pricing and margins
Open a product, pick a variant, and set your price by margin, profit, or markup. Your profit column is what reaches your account.
Create a discount code
Create a code, set the amount and limits, choose which products it applies to, and the system blocks any discount that would drop below your cost.
Add a patient manually and send an invite
Add a patient by hand from the Patients page with their details, then send the portal invite. Website checkouts add patients automatically.
Invite a staff member and set permissions
Invite a user from Staff and Permissions, scope them to one or more locations, and set them as an admin or a limited user.
Transfer account ownership
Only the current owner can transfer ownership, and the recipient must already be an admin. Make owner from Staff and Permissions.
