What margin is my account set to right now?

Your starting retail pricing is configured during setup and may use a standard initial margin as a launch convenience.

How do I change my pricing?

Select a product, or a specific variant within it, then set the price by margin, by profit, by markup amount, or by markup as a percentage.

What is a variant?

A variant is the same product in a different configuration, like a shirt in small, medium, and large, or in different colors.

Can I turn off a single variant of a medication without removing the whole product?

Yes.

What do the columns mean in my product pricing view?

Product Cost is what the medication costs.

Is the exam fee built into product pricing, or do I charge it separately?

Built in.

Does every patient checkout include an exam fee?

Clinical treatment checkouts include the applicable provider evaluation or exam fee. The amount depends on the provider network and current product pricing.

What happens when a patient refills their prescription, do they pay another exam fee?

Yes.

What about synchronous visits, do they cost me extra profit?

No.

What margin should I actually charge?

There is no single right number because it depends on your positioning.

What pricing strategy makes the most sense for my model?

Margin strategy depends on your business model.

When is a 90-day supply appropriate?

A longer supply can reduce repeat shipping and may improve convenience, but it should only be offered when the medication, pharmacy beyond-use date, current protocol, and patient’s clinical status support it.

How does GLP-1 titration work for new patients?

First time GLP users always start at the starting dose.

Why is some of my medication priced higher than what I see advertised elsewhere?

Medication pricing can differ because concentration, vial quantity, supply duration, pharmacy, shipping, clinical services, and protocol requirements differ.

Can I set a discount code?

Yes.

Why does my actual profit not match what I expected after I applied a discount?

When you apply a discount code, it comes off the total transaction.

How do I give myself or my staff product at cost?

Create a discount code that matches your markup and restrict it to yourself or your team.
