Clinical treatment checkouts include the applicable provider evaluation or exam fee under the current program.
The fee can depend on which provider network is responsible for the clinical review.
For an Own Provider Network clinic, if the clinic has its own health intake screening exam assigned to the treatment and the order routes to the clinic's providers, the applicable clinic exam fee is used.
If the clinic does not have its own exam assigned to the treatment, the Healthaide exam acts as the fallback. Healthaide handles the clinical review through the Healthaide Provider Network, and the normal Healthaide exam fee applies.
Partner-owned non-clinical products or services are separate and do not automatically follow the same clinical fee structure.
