Why does some clinical communication stay in the Healthaide platform?

When Healthaide providers deliver patient care, the in app clinical messaging used to communicate with patients must remain in the Healthaide platform because that is where licensed providers conduct that care.

Who owns the partner brand, content, and customer relationships?

Healthaide partners retain ownership of their brand, trademarks, logos, content, commercial customer relationships, and other Partner Content they provide.

What customer data and PHI can a partner access?

Healthaide partners have access to their business and customer data in the platform.

What is included in a Healthaide data export?

Healthaide can provide Partner Data in a commercially reasonable export format, subject to HIPAA and applicable law.
