For care provided through the Healthaide Provider Network, Healthaide uses its consent workflow and patients generally sign the Healthaide consent once per year. The consent applies across Healthaide-supported treatment applications during that annual period unless another consent requirement applies.
Clinics operating an Own Provider Network are responsible for the consent requirements and renewal frequency that apply to care provided by their own clinical team. They can use their own consent workflow based on their clinical and legal requirements.
Consent records are stored with the patient's documentation in the platform.
