What is a beyond use date and why does it limit supply?
The beyond use date is how long a compounded medication remains usable.
Why do some products only offer a 30 day supply?
Because their beyond use date does not extend far enough to safely ship more at once.
Are six month medication supplies available for every product?
No.
Why is BPC-157 not available in a six month supply?
BPC-157 is a healing peptide and requires periodic provider review.
Why is Epitalon not available in a three month or six month supply?
The Epitalon protocol is a 20 day sprint, not to exceed twice per year.
Is AOD-9604 still on the formulary?

What BMI is required for GLP-1 weight management therapy?
Healthaide's clinical criteria for branded GLP-1 weight management require a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with a qualifying weight related health condition.
Can a patient continue on a GLP-1 if they drop below the qualifying BMI while on treatment?
Patients who originally qualified, started care appropriately, and dropped below the BMI range because of treatment may be continued on therapy as maintenance care.
Does prior approval from another provider automatically qualify a patient?
No.
