Where do I set default provider notes, patient instructions, and the sig per medication?

On each product page in the catalog. Default provider notes, patient notes, and the patient sig live on the product itself and pre populate every prescription for that medication. Notes use markdown formatting. The provider can override the defaults at the time of approval for any individual patient.
