A Brand Partner relies on the Healthaide Provider Network for clinical care.
A Clinic Partner can operate an Own Provider Network with its own approved medical leadership and providers. In the clinic portal, an Own Provider Network clinic can use State Coverage > Exam Routing by State to configure each state as:
- Your Clinic
- Healthaide
- Disabled
This allows a clinic to use its own providers in the states it is equipped to cover, use the Healthaide Provider Network in other states, and disable service in states where it does not want patients to apply for care.
Clinic-provided care also depends on provider licensure and treatment Exam Assignment. If the clinic does not have its own health intake screening exam assigned to a treatment, the Healthaide exam acts as the fallback for that treatment and the Healthaide Provider Network handles the clinical review.
