Invite a staff member and set permissions
Invite a user from Staff and Permissions, scope them to one or more locations, and set them as an admin or a limited user.
Transfer account ownership
Only the current owner can transfer ownership, and the recipient must already be an admin. Make owner from Staff and Permissions.
What is the difference between a brand partner and a clinic partner?
A brand partner does not have providers on staff and does not hold state licensing.
Where do I log in?
You log in to your clinic portal at app.healthaide.io.
What are the different web addresses, and which is which?
The two patient facing addresses are intake.[yourwebsite] and patients.[yourwebsite].
Can I switch between multiple clinic accounts from one login?
Yes.
I got an invite email but I cannot log in. It says invalid email or password. What do I do?
First make sure you created an account using the same email the invite was sent to.
What is the difference between an owner and an admin?
An admin has all permissions and can run the account day to day.
How do I change the email on my owner account?
You cannot edit the owner email directly.
Should I keep the Healthaide team in my account?
Yes.
How do I add a staff member?
Go to Staff and Permissions, click to invite a user, enter their email, choose which location or locations they belong to, then set them as an admin with all permissions or a user with specific permissions.
Can I scope a staff member to one location only?
Yes.
Do I have to sign a BAA?
Yes.
Can I take my personal address and phone number off the site?
Yes.
What should I expect during onboarding?
Once your intake form is submitted, your onboarding is managed by our project manager, Jeremie, who reaches out from team@healthaide.io.
What should I do first when I get into my account?
Your welcome email includes an onboarding SOP that walks through setup.
