How to review your product catalog, set retail pricing, and publish the products you want patients to see.

Your catalog is already loaded by the Healthaide team. Your job is to confirm pricing and publish the products you want live.
How billing works.
Every product has a cost of goods sold, which is the hard cost of delivering it: product cost + shipping + exam fee combined. This is what Healthaide charges you to fulfill the order.
You set the retail price — what the patient pays. Everything above your cost of goods sold is your profit.
If a medication requires a synchronous video visit, that visit cost is passed to the patient at checkout. It does not come out of your margin.
Understanding the products table.
Each row is a product. Many products have variants (specific options such as strength, volume, and supply length). Each variant carries its own cost and its own retail price. Click the arrow on the left of a product to expand its variants. A product marked No Exam needs an exam attached before it can go live.
