It depends on your agreement.

Can I sell custom non medication products through Healthaide?

Healthaide does not support custom products such as nutrition guides, branded supplements, or services directly in the patient portal due to compliance complexity.

What are webhooks?

A webhook pushes data out of your system to your CRM when an event happens, such as a checkout step, a payment, an exam submission, or a document upload.

Can I integrate with third party systems other than GoHighLevel?

Yes.

Do I have to set up the CRM connection myself?

No.

Can I text patients from the CRM?

Yes, but remember that if you text from the CRM, patients reply in the CRM.

Is there a launch email ready for me?

Yes.

Does Healthaide help with marketing campaigns and landing pages?

Does Healthaide review my marketing during onboarding?

Yes.

What marketing claims are prohibited?

No disease treatment claims, no efficacy guarantees, no FDA approval misrepresentation, no off label endorsement claims, and no celebrity as medical authority framing without proper disclaimers.
