If by “affiliate system” you mean identifying which partner, influencer, staff member, or campaign brought in leads and sales, use a distinct workflow tracking link for each source. Healthaide supports lead-source attribution through URL Parameter Presets, including source, campaign, and reference/tracking ID. Discount codes can identify an offer and appear in reporting; use a unique code where appropriate, but confirm attribution with the tracking link and lead-source drill-down.
Start in Workflows > workflow Settings > URL Parameter Presets. Create a named preset for each source, save and publish the workflow, export its links, and give each person the appropriate link. Open Dashboards > lead source tracking to inspect a source. Use Export Report and the per-source export for financial and lead reporting with PHI removed from those exports. Healthaide does not calculate commissions, manage affiliate balances, or pay influencers, affiliates, team members, or referral partners. Arrange any partner agreements, calculations, and payouts outside Healthaide and check the applicable rules for your arrangement. A Healthaide-provided HighLevel CRM may already be connected; if you need an individual referral or tracking ID in HighLevel, verify the corresponding webhook field and map it to a contact custom field. Do not assume that a PHI-redacted export means every webhook payload is PHI-free; review the actual fields and the receiving system before forwarding data.
