Export financial and lead attribution reports

SOPThe CRM and MarketingUpdated Aug 22, 2026

Step-by-step instructions for exporting the multi-tab CSV report from the Dashboards page, understanding each tab, and drilling into an individual lead source to export its own attribution report.

The Dashboards page can export a CSV report of your clinic's financial and lead data that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. The export includes several tabs of information and can be drilled down by individual lead source for marketing attribution. Protected health information (PHI) is automatically removed from every export.

Where to go

  • Dashboards > Export Report (in your clinic portal)

Export the full report

  1. In your clinic portal, open the Dashboards page.
  2. Click Export Report.
  3. Save the CSV file, then open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
  4. Use the tabs along the bottom of the spreadsheet to move between the different sections of data.

What is in the export

  • Overview: a general summary of your data.
  • Transactions: all transactions, with PHI removed so no patient details appear.
  • Lead source trends: performance broken out by lead source over time.
  • Breakdowns: data by medication, by duration, and by discount code usage.
  • Active memberships: all active memberships, now that memberships are live.
  • Lead source tracking: the types of leads coming in over a time period, how many leads there are, and their value.

Drill down by lead source

  1. On the Dashboards page, find the lead source tracking section at the bottom.
  2. Review your lead sources by name, such as Direct, Email Marketing, Google, or Meta Ads.
  3. Click an individual lead source to open its breakdown, including client demographics and the checkout activity for prescriptions within that source.
  4. Click Export to download that single lead source as its own CSV.

Note

Lead source attribution is permanent — once a lead comes in through a source's link, that source stays tied to the lead, so you can measure the lifetime value of each source. Setting up lead sources and their links is covered in a separate guide.

Tip

Use the per-source drill-down to compare marketing channels. If you run Meta Ads with a Facebook lead source and dedicated links, every resulting sale and checkout is attributed to those links, giving you a clear return on each channel.
