Dashboard explained

Getting Started and Account AccessVideoUpdated Jun 26, 2026·1 min

This video walks through every section of the Healthaide dashboard, explaining what the metrics mean, how to interpret activity panels, and the fastest ways to navigate to patients, tasks, earnings, and other core areas of the platform.

Key points

  • Use the filters across the top to set the date range (month, custom, year, last month) and filter by product or weight category; the selected duration drives every metric on the page.
  • Track major metrics at a glance: total revenue, gross profit, cost of goods sold, and total orders.
  • Review the revenue trend over time and toggle between profit, margin, or all; one dot appears per month of data.
  • See revenue by category and a full P&L breakdown by medication, including revenue, cost of goods sold, discounts, profit, average margin, and order count.
  • Monitor discount code performance, including average order size, total discounts given, and total uses.
  • Read workflow conversion rates from new patient checkout through intake into the portal; note this excludes marketplace checkouts.
  • Use geographical performance to see orders and revenue by state, plus client demographics by gender and age.
  • Export your data at any time with the export report button.

All right. In this video, we're going to take a look at the dashboard page, going through everything one by one here. So first of all, across the top, what you're going to see is you're going to see the filters. So you can filter by month, you can make a custom date, year, last month, any filter that you want there, along with any of the products that you have sold.

If you haven't sold the product yet, you won't be able to filter by the product. Any of the weight categories that you have actually sold medication for as well, and then obviously an export report button here across the top, so you can export your data. You have your major metrics that you want to track here, total revenue, gross profit, cost of goods sold, and your total orders overall over this given duration of time.

This duration of time is going to change the dashboard page to report exactly what you see, right? We can see your revenue trend over time. There is a single month's worth of revenue trend on this data calendar, so you don't see any more than one single dot. If you have two months worth of revenue, you're going to see a dot here, and you're going to see a dot on the other side.

And then obviously, you'll have your trends over time as the months go on. Okay? You can toggle and filter by profit, you can filter by margin, or you can filter by all, and you can see different markers on here on the screen. Okay? Revenue by category. You can see categorically what you're making on each of your items over a given period of time as well.

All right. And then you can see the P&L section here, which is a breakdown by medication overall of how you're doing on a given period of time. So if you have your revenue here, you have your profit here, this is based on the dates that you have selected your earnings, right?

So you have your revenue, cost of goods sold, discounts, total discounts. If you had a discount code out and somebody used it for this medication, you'll see total discounts here. Obviously, your profit, average margin for this medication and for this treatment, and then your total number of orders of that treatment plan or that medication moving down, we get into discount codes.

You can scroll through your discount codes here and left to right, see your average order size, total discounts taken, given, and total uses of a discount code. All right. So, discount codes will be huge for you to track which holidays are successful, which promotional advertisements are successful, so on and so forth.

Workflow conversions, these are the actual conversion rates from your workflows. Workflows are the flow that happens when a new patient checks out from your website and through the intake process and moves into their patient portal. So workflow conversion is the actual conversion on a workflow. This does not account for the marketplace.

The marketplace being the patient portal where the patient can check out who has already been an active patient or who has been given access to the patient portal if they did not convert through a workflow. So, geographical performance, so performance by state, you'll see where everybody's ordering.

You'll know how much money you're making each state. Huge for you to focus on, where you should target, what the market is, what they're buying, and then obviously you have your client demographic as well. So your gender, male or female, and your age distribution will show here as well. This is a page that will be regularly worked on and iterated to where we can pull different data points and show different data points and segment everything and pull different types of reports.

But this is your dashboard page, comprehensive and hopefully very helpful for you to keep track of your numbers.
