Exporting financial and lead attribution reports
This update walks through the new Export Report feature on the Dashboards page: exporting a multi-tab CSV of transactions, lead source trends, medication, duration, and discount breakdowns, and active memberships, plus drilling into an individual lead source for a demographic and checkout breakdown you can export on its own for marketing attribution.
Key points
- The Dashboards page now has an Export Report option that downloads a CSV you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
- The export includes multiple tabs: a general overview, transactions, lead source trends, and breakdowns by medication, duration, and discount code usage.
- Protected health information is stripped from the export, so no patient PHI is included.
- Now that memberships are live, the export also shows all active memberships.
- Lead source tracking at the bottom shows the types of leads coming in over a time period, how many leads there are, and their value.
- You can click into an individual lead source (for example Direct, Email Marketing, Google, or Meta Ads) for a drill-down of client demographics and checkouts, and export that as its own CSV.
- Lead sources let you attribute sales and patient checkouts to specific links permanently, so you can understand the lifetime value of a lead by source. (Creating lead sources is covered in a separate video.)

Hey everybody, Kris with Healthaide here. I have a new update for you on the Dashboard page, specifically related to financial and lead source tracking that I think you're going to love.
If you go to your clinic portal, click on the Dashboards page, and then go to Export Report, you'll be able to export a CSV file that you can upload into Excel or into Google Sheets.
In this CSV file, you'll see tabs along the bottom with all the information you're exporting from the software to help you understand the data and everything going on within the system. There's a general overview page, and if I go over to Transactions I can see all the transactions. We have pulled out the protected health information, so you won't see any of those details. But you can see what's going on by lead source, lead source trends, and breakdowns by medication, duration, and discount code usage. All of those details are in there for you to pull from.
Now that memberships are live, you can also see all active memberships here.
The other cool piece is down at the very bottom of the screen you can see lead source tracking. You can see what types of leads are coming in over a given duration of time, how many leads you have, and their value. You can also see your lead sources — we'll cover in a different video how to create different sources with different links so you can track which source a lead came from at the beginning, and attribute that source to that lead permanently so you understand the lifetime value of a lead.
Let's take a look at lead sources. Rather than just Direct, which would be something like my website, I might have Email Marketing, or Google or Meta Ads. Each would show here as the lead source name.
You can click on an actual lead source and it will bring you to a breakdown of that lead source: the client demographic and the actual checkout for the prescription within that lead source. You can export this CSV document as well, so you can do a lead source drill down by lead source.
So if you're running Meta Ads and you have Facebook as a lead source with specific links tied to it, you can attribute all of those sales and the patient checkout process to those links. Really good granular data here. For everybody who wants to get down to the nitty-gritty of understanding every step of the financials and the marketing efforts, this is a great page and a great system.
Good job from the team on this one.
