Who approves clinical versus marketing email copy?

FAQThe CRM and MarketingUpdated Sep 1, 2026

Healthaide is responsible for all clinical care and all clinical direction given to the patient. That covers dosing, titration, protocol-related items, instructions on how to take a medication, and what to do in the event of adverse side effects. All of that stays with the Healthaide team.

Advertising and marketing must be educational. Marketing copy cannot state claims to specific results or expected outcomes for a patient. Anecdotal testimony and cited educational resources are acceptable. Speaking clinically in marketing is not permitted.

Healthaide does not approve marketing content and does not produce marketing content for clients. We can put together general best practices for marketing and share that material. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the client to do their own diligence on how to market responsibly and what is and is not acceptable.
