New: set a custom favicon in General Settings
This product update introduces the Favicon Logo setting on the General Settings page. The favicon is the small icon shown in the browser tab. This video shows how to upload and crop your favicon, and explains how it differs from the Icon Logo used in the collapsed sidebar and emails.

Hey everybody, Kris with Healthaide here. Gonna walk through a couple of updates for you guys.
New update here in the general settings page of your platform. If you go to the General Settings page of your platform, small update but a good update: you'll see that we added a Favicon Logo here. So what you can do — if you take a look at the Healthaide intake right here, this would say your business name. Before, we had the Healthaide icon right here.
So if I go into the favicon settings here and let's just click any random photo that I have, I'll apply a crop if I want to, and set my favicon image. Let me go ahead and save that change. Great.
Now I'm going to refresh this workflow step, and you'll see here on the top — very small, but still noticeable to the user — that is a new favicon. So go ahead and update your favicon for your business, your brand, to be whatever it is that you want it to be.
Icon Logo is slightly different. Icon Logo over here on the left-hand side is your logo that you have when this is collapsed. It's shown in different parts of your emails. Favicon is strictly for the top of the webpage. So go ahead and switch that out when you can.
