How to create your Healthaide login using your invitation email, set up your profile, and bookmark your clinic portal.

My account is created with the email my invite was sent to.

I can log in and reach my portal.

My name, title, and headshot are saved.

Create your account.

Go to app.healthaide.io in your browser.

On the Create Account screen, enter your full name and the same email address your invitation was sent to. Using a different email will not connect you to your account.

Enter your phone number, then set a password and confirm it.

Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Sign up.

Once your account is created, click Log in and sign in with your email and password, or with Google.

If you have access to more than one account or location, choose the one you want to work in.

Click your profile icon in the top right, then open your profile settings.

Add your full name, your title or role, your address if applicable, and upload a professional headshot.
