Account activation step 2 — set your brand identity and colors
How to confirm and update your clinic identity, upload your logos, and set your brand colors in Healthaide.
Company Name: the exact name patients should see. Required.
Clinic Email: your main contact email. Required.
Clinic Phone: the number patients can reach you at.
Website: your main website address, if you have one.
Medical Director Email: confirm this is correct if it applies to you.
Clinic Description: a short line on your focus and the patients you serve.
Icon Logo: a square version of your logo, used throughout the portal interface. Upload a square image.
Horizontal Logo: a wide version of your logo, used in emails to your patients. Upload a horizontal image.
Primary Color: buttons, active navigation, and key calls to action. Set this to your main brand color.
Accent Color: secondary highlights and stat cards.
Page Background: the main content area background across portal pages.
Sidebar Background: the left navigation panel background.
Company name and clinic email are exactly right.
Square icon logo and horizontal logo both display correctly.
Primary and accent colors match my brand.

Clinic identity.
Confirm the top section reads correctly. These details appear on all patient communications.
Logos.
There are two logo slots. Getting the right shape in the right slot is the most common thing to fix here.
Tip — use a transparent PNG where possible so logos look clean on any background. To replace a logo, click the logo slot and choose your new file.
Portal colors.
The Portal Colors section has four color fields. Each accepts a hex code (the six-character code starting with #). Click the color swatch to pick a color, or type your hex code directly.
Video consult background.
The Video Consult Background is the image displayed behind you during video consultations. To change it, click the image and upload any image you want.
