Once your intake form is submitted, your onboarding is managed by our project manager, Jeremie, who reaches out from team@healthaide.io. You can expect a welcome email with your onboarding SOP attached, a dedicated Slack channel where our team works with you on setup and branding and integrations, a weekly update email covering progress and what is next, and an estimated launch timeline shared at the start, typically 28 days from intake submission.
