Manage your system notifications

Step-by-step instructions for finding the Notifications section under Settings and toggling automated system notifications (new leads, exam results, refill reminders, and more) on or off.

Healthaide sends a set of automated system notifications to patients and to your clinic — things like new leads, exam incomplete, exam results, and refill reminders. This guide shows where to find these notifications and how to turn individual ones on or off. Every notification email is automatically branded for your clinic.

• Settings > Notifications (at the bottom of the Settings page in your clinic portal)

Manage your notifications

   Open the Settings page in your clinic portal.

   Scroll to the bottom and expand the Notifications section.
3. 03

   Review the list of system notifications, such as new leads, exam incomplete, exam results, and refill reminders.

   Click into a notification and expand it to see the reminders it includes.
5. 05

   Toggle a notification on to push it out, or off to withhold it.

Good to know

• Some notifications are uneditable and cannot be turned off. These are essential patient-care communications that Healthaide must keep sending to patients.
• All notification emails are branded for your clinic automatically, so they stay clean and on brand without any extra setup.
