Refill reminders run automatically. The patient requests a refill from their portal, a provider reviews, and the system routes the visit type.

The system handles refill reminders automatically. You do not need to monitor the dashboard daily.

A refill due within seven days appears on the patient dashboard. The patient selects the item and chooses refill.

If a refill requires a new exam, a short questionnaire appears. It asks whether the patient wants to go up, stay the same, or come down, and a provider reviews and facilitates the change.

Every refill includes an exam fee because a licensed provider reviews progress and writes a new prescription.

Visit routing is handled automatically in the system for patients on the Healthaide provider network. A synchronous visit adds a fee that is passed to the patient, so your profit is unchanged.
