Healthaide shows the next step in different places depending on whether the health intake screening exam is complete.
If the health intake screening exam is not finished:
- The application is not ready for provider review.
- The patient can return to Dashboard and continue the incomplete application.
- If a live video visit is required, scheduling is part of completing the health intake screening exam. The patient selects an available appointment time at the end of the exam. If they leave before finishing, they can return through Dashboard and continue.
After the health intake screening exam is submitted:
- The treatment request appears under Prescriptions while it waits for the next step.
- In review means the request is waiting for provider review.
- Action needed means the patient still has a required step to complete. The patient should follow the prompt shown in the portal.
- Visit booked means a required video visit has been scheduled. The scheduled date and time appear with the request, and the patient can join the visit from the patient portal when it is available.
Before provider approval, Healthaide does not show prescription details that have not been decided. Dose, supply, and form appear after a licensed provider approves care and creates the prescription.
A refill that requires provider review can also appear as a pending treatment request under Prescriptions. Once the provider approves it and creates the prescription, the prescription becomes the active record for that order.
Where patients should look:
- Dashboard: incomplete applications and other actions the patient still needs to complete.
- Prescriptions: submitted treatment requests, approved prescriptions, refill activity, and booked visit details.
