The patient verifies their email for HIPAA compliant validation.

The patient completes one time ID verification by scanning the front and back of a government ID through a QR code. This supports the hormone services.

The patient reaches the payment step. Payment is authorized, not charged. If the patient does not qualify for care, the authorization is released and nothing is charged.

The patient signs the consent document one time. It will not appear again until it expires.

After checkout the patient lands in their patient portal, where they can apply for care for any medication in the marketplace.

A patient already on a GLP can transfer care by uploading a prior prescription or vial from the last three months and selecting a matching dose. A provider reviews it. A new prescription starts at the lowest dose and titrates up.

Providers review and approve. For most states care is asynchronous by default. Hormone services require a synchronous visit.
