Healthaide partners have access to their business and customer data in the platform. Access to PHI is governed by HIPAA, the BAA, user permissions, and who is providing clinical care. When Healthaide's medical entity provides care, protected clinical information is limited to what is appropriate for the partner's role. When a clinic's own medical entity provides care, its authorized clinical users can access the PHI needed for that care.
