You retain your commercial customer relationships and general business/customer data. Clinical records and PHI are handled separately and must be transferred or maintained in compliance with HIPAA, applicable law, and continuity-of-care requirements. When clinical data is moved, the receiving system and medical entity must be legally able to receive the records and assume the applicable care responsibilities. Standard exports do not include Healthaide-owned platform IP, automation logic, internal logs, or system configuration.
