Yes. Create a code, set it as a percentage or a flat amount, choose a date range, set total uses and uses per customer and a minimum order amount, and apply it to all products or only selected ones. The system has a built in blocker that prevents discounts from going below your cost. If a discount would exceed your margin, the system will not allow it to be applied.
