Add a patient manually and send an invite

Add a patient by hand from the Patients page with their details, then send the portal invite. Website checkouts add patients automatically.

Patients who check out through your site are added automatically. Use this for patients you add by hand.

Open the Patients page from the left navigation.

Select the option to add a patient.

Enter name, date of birth, email, and phone. An address is optional and the patient can add it later in their portal.

Save, then send the invite. The patient receives an email invitation to their portal.

Confirm the invite shows in your pending list. Resend from there if needed.

Note

The patient completes their own profile, including height, weight, photo, and additional shipping addresses, from inside their portal.
