No. Transfer of care requires a legitimate prescription from a licensed pharmacy or prescriber, prescribed within the last three months, with a clearly legible photo showing the patient's name, medication, dose, and date. Research use only or physician use only medications, prescriptions over three months old, and unverifiable photos do not qualify. Those patients enter as new patients and start at the appropriate starting dose.
