If we catch it before the order reaches our providers, we can adjust directly. If it has passed to our providers, we contact the pharmacy and attempt an adjustment there. If it has already shipped, an adjustment or refund may not be possible. The patient can also contact our medical team directly from their portal through the prescription or provider support channels.
