Read your cost structure and profit

Understand the four cost lines on a variant, cost of medication, shipping, and exam fee, which sum to your cost of goods sold, and how profit is calculated.

Open the Products page and select a medication variant.

Read the cost lines. Cost of medication is what the pharmacy charges. Shipping is passed through with no markup. Exam fee covers the asynchronous or synchronous visit. Together these are your total cost of goods sold.

Read the profit column. Profit is your price minus the total cost of goods sold, and it is what transfers to your account.

Note that a synchronous visit, required in some states, adds a fee passed to the patient, so your profit stays the same.
