In Earnings, the business owner or person authorized to manage the primary business bank account connects a Stripe account and bank details through Stripe Connect. Create a Stripe account during setup if you do not already have one, and complete all business, tax ID or EIN, personal, and bank information Stripe requests. Stripe Connect sends clinic payouts; Healthaide does not process patient payments through Stripe. Set your payout schedule or use Get paid for available funds. If a payout fails, check the connected Stripe account for incomplete verification details, then check Earnings or contact Healthaide support.
