How does a patient get a refill or change their dose?

In their portal the patient sees their active prescription with a countdown to refill and reminder notifications as it approaches. They click refill and answer a short questionnaire that asks, in clinical terms, whether they want to go up, stay the same, or come down. A provider reviews and facilitates the change.
