Set up a featured treatment in a workflow

SOPHow Patients Use the SystemUpdated Aug 22, 2026

Step-by-step instructions for featuring a specific treatment at the top of a workflow checkout screen, including the banner setup, image rules, and choosing which workflow it appears in.

A featured treatment is a highlighted banner shown at the top of a workflow's checkout screen. When a patient opens a multi-product workflow link, the treatment you feature appears first, above the standard product cards, with its own headline, benefits, and on-brand image. You set this up per product, and you choose which workflow the feature appears in.

Before you start

  • You need a product you want to highlight and the workflow you want it featured in.
  • Have an on-brand banner image ready, or create one. Using a tool like GPT to generate an on-brand image works well.

Image rules — read before you upload

  • Show the treatment name and the medication name only.
  • Do not put your brand logo or your brand name on the vials. You are not the pharmacy, so branding the product itself is false advertising.
  • You may use your brand colors to keep the image on brand.
  1. In the clinic portal, click Products in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the specific product you want to feature. You set this up per product, so repeat these steps for each product you want eligible to be featured.
  3. Scroll down from the top of the product page to the Featured banner section.
  4. Fill in the banner headline (your tagline for the treatment).
  5. Fill in the benefits you want listed on the banner.
  6. Upload your on-brand banner image, following the image rules above.
  7. On the right-hand side, click Set as featured.
  8. Select exactly which workflow you want this treatment featured in. Choose a workflow the treatment actually fits — for example, do not feature Tirzepatide in a workflow built only for hormones or optimization.
  9. Click Save.

Confirm it worked

  1. Open the workflow's checkout link, or refresh it if it is already open.
  2. Confirm your featured treatment now appears in its banner at the top of the checkout screen, above the standard product cards.

Note

The featured banner is framed slightly differently on the live checkout screen than in the product editor preview, so minor differences in layout between the two are expected.

Tip

Only feature a treatment in workflows where it belongs. A featured banner is most effective when the highlighted treatment matches what the patient came to that workflow to find.
